We are currently recruiting for a global marketing director for Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC).  The position will be based in Kennilworth, NJ.  

This position will require outstanding leadership in brand management. This experienced marketer’s role will focus on the customer engagement and education strategy for the RCC indication.  This will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Oversight of Scientific Leader Engagement Plans
  • Leading Advisory Boards/EIFs to generate insights on the market and customers
  • Congresses management & associated internal workshops
  • Execution and support for RCC Medical  Education programs
  • Publication planning & strategy
  • Support and pull-through with scientific platform in partnership with the medical affairs team
  • Competitive Intelligence reporting and tracking
  • Internal training point
  • Digital innovation & capability
  • Work seamlessly and in close collaboration with the the RCC Director of Strategy and Execution


Education Minimum Requirement:  

  • Minimum of a BA/BS required, MBA preferred.  

Required Experience and Skills: 

  • Minimum 8+ year’s pharmaceutical business experience required.  
  • Minimum 2 years oncology marketing experience required. 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in development of disease state and product strategy, product positioning, and brand marketing.  
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills are required. 
  • Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams is required.

Preferred Experience and Skills: 

  • Experience in Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC); Global marketing experience or Regional market experience
