 The Workforce Analytics, Analyst , reporting to Associate Director, Enterprise, Workforce Analytics, is responsible for several critical phases of human capital reporting and analyses, including but not limited to, data preparation, data cleaning, reporting, results interpretation and statistical analyses including advanced analytic techniques to influence human capital decision making. This position works within the Workforce Analytics team to influence leadership on all aspects of human capital strategy, planning and execution.

Education Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelors’ degree from an accredited institution in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Statistics or other related fields and 6 or more years of experience providing data analysis - OR - a Masters degree in similar areas of study and 4 or more years of experience providing data analysis.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of four years of human capital applied quantitative and qualitative research and analytics in a business setting
  • Proficiency in human capital reporting
  • Proficiency in the use of statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS, minitab, or STATA (R is preferred). 
  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g. Vlookups, Pivot Tables, formula writing, etc.)
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, such as ANOVA, cluster analysis, regression, factor analysis, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. .
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Experience developing analytic solutions to loosely defined business problems.
  • Experience in a Workforce/HR Analytics team
  • Experience with Visier
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with Spotfire or Alteryx (for merging data sets)
  • Experience in workforce planning and/or forecasting (i.e. scenario planning, staffing models, etc.
