Here are some tips to help you navigate through our hiring process and make an informed career decision.
Frequently asked questions
Our Company will never ask for money as part of our recruitment process and will never make a job offer without a formal interview. We may contact a candidate via text to schedule an interview; however, that text will always be accompanied by a corresponding email from our Company's domains (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org). We may perform preliminary, candidate screening calls via telephone or Teams. Our Company does not interview candidates online using Google Hangout, AOL instant messenger or any other chat service, for work-from-home positions. Our Company does not mail, electronically send, or wire any payments to prospective job candidates for them to purchase equipment for employment with us. All resumes and applications are accepted officially online only, through our corporate Careers Website.
Reasonable Accommodations & the Online Application
Consistent with our commitment to equal employment opportunity, we provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities who need assistance in applying electronically for a position with us, unless doing so would impose an undue hardship. To request a reasonable accommodation for this purpose, please click here. This is to be used solely to request an accommodation with respect to the online application process. Requests for any other reason will not be returned. Please note that all requests will be held in strict confidence and handled by our Disability Management department. Under no circumstances will requests be disclosed to the person(s) responsible for making the hiring decision. Reasonable accommodation requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The Physician Payment Sunshine Act (PPSA)
The PPSA requires our company to report payments made to reimburse interview-related expenses for candidates who are USA-licensed physicians. Physicians covered by the PPSA include Doctors of Medicine, Osteopathy, Dentistry, Dental Surgery, Podiatry, Optometry and Chiropractic Medicine who are licensed to practice in one or more states in the USA. This information will be reported to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the CMS online database website. For more information, Click here.
