The interview process

We recognize that AI tools (such as ChatGPT and other generative AI assistants) are increasingly part of everyday work. However, for our interviews, you may not use AI tools in real time to generate, refine, or suggest your answers.
The purpose of the interview is to understand:

  • Your own experience and skills
  • How you think through problems
  • How you communicate in your own words

Relying on AI generated responses can make it harder for us to accurately assess your individual strengths and fit for the role and may create an uneven playing field across candidates. You are welcome to prepare for the interview in advance in whatever way works best for you (including researching topics or reviewing your experience). During the live interview itself, however, we expect that the answers you provide are your own and not provided by AI.
If you have any questions or need a reasonable accommodation or adjustment to facilitate the interview process, please let your recruiter know.
