IT Emerging Talent Program
for Students & Grads
Operating within the U.S., Prague, and Singapore, the IT Emerging Talent Program (ETR) cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience of entry-level technologists. Working in teams, alongside highly skilled professionals, student interns and ETR employees apply their passion for technology to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes.
We're committed to the well-being and development of our employees. We strive for diversity across race, gender, and orientation. We know salary is an important factor, but other things matter too, like work-life balance, flexible hours, perks, and benefits. Here are a few testimonials from recent summer interns, current ETR Program participants, and alumni.
I thoroughly enjoyed my summer contributing to the Connected Channels Program in the Manufacturing Division. I learned so much about the company and how blockchain can be used in several supply chain use cases, especially for the plant-to-patient initiatives. I'm grateful for my supportive team and for my program mentor, who provided me with several networking opportunities to learn more about the various divisions and projects underway.
