The Technical Analyst will work as part of the Digital Marketing & Channels team to support and configure various front- and back-end technologies for the Global Human Health organization. This role will focus on the more technical elements of the Implementation.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the backend infrastructure team during rollouts and implementations
  • Draft training documentation both generically for the product and for market-specific purposes
  • Advise and assist stakeholders in maintaining and optimizing the applications
  • Configure the system as per the defined requirements using the system user interface
  • Liaison with developers for advanced configuration and development of the system
  • Work with technical teams to resolve system and configuration issues





Education Requirements:

BS/BA in computer science, web development, or equivalent experience required.


Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of software implementation focused experience
  • 2 years developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)
  • 2 years performing application design (architecture and technical design)
  • 2 years technology builds, tests and deployments


Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead technical projects proactively
  • Ability to relay technical knowledge to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of technical knowledge and at all levels of seniority
  • Credible and articulate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills both client facing and internally
  • Ability and eagerness to pass on knowledge to other team members
  • Ability to define and develop improved working practices
  • Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
