Description:  The role of the Global Integrated Marketing Support Coordinator is to support the team in developing and executing marketing communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:  Support the Global Integrated Marketing Support team in the planning and execution of multiple marketing communication programs; Participate in agency brief development as well as the planning and executing of action plans with marketing communication agencies, Assist with the promotional material approval process; Help support promotional needs of Global Business Units.

This is a full- time Co-Op position. Housing subsidy is not available as part of this program and must be funded 100% by the student.


 Education Minimum Requirement:   

·       Candidates must be currently pursuing a BA or BS in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary School, Animal Health, Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree programs

·       Candidates must have completed at least 2 years of college course work by June 2019

Required Experience and Skills: 

·        Candidates must be available to work full time for 6 months

·        Candidates must be able to use critical thinking skills to carry out instructions and make decisions within scope of authority

·        Candidates must have problem solving skills involving several variables

·        Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

·        Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, oral and written. 

·        Candidates must have the ability to adapt communication to international audiences

·        Candidates must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience and Skills:

·        Preferred candidates have leadership roles during college

·        Preferred candidates have previous experience in a multinational and/or corporate business setting

·        Preferred candidates have previous experience in consumer or professional marketing, PR or advertising

·        Preferred candidates have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

·        Preferred candidates have an additional language fluency

·        Preferred candidates have a love and passion for animals
