The Campaign Development Leader serves as the lead for the Digital Engagement Team responsible for the development of the promotional campaign to all customers focused on meeting brand objectives while creating a positive customer experience based on customer preferences. 


Position description-

  • Lead development of customer experience plan and campaign planning.
  • Serves as collaborator with copy/design/UX/architect /internal legal, medical and regulatory teams in co-design, co-creation, and execution of promotional campaign from creative development through approval and delivery to market.
  • Based on knowledge of the brand strategy and brand objectives, prioritizes development of key tactics through relevant channels using digital knowledge including customer experience best practices and targeting aligned to the customer experience plan to achieve the desired customer experience.
  • Ensure integration of an omni channel approach which includes field sales channels, when developing resources and content.
  • Manage the creative process for new campaigns and provide necessary guidance to the agency/internal creative resources.
  • Develops measurement plans in conjunction with analytics team to assess effectiveness of content and tactics, to inform future promotion optimization.  
  • Prepare and facilitate co-creation sessions with Legal, Medical and Regulatory to optimize creation of content for planned campaigns. 
  • Maintain working knowledge of regulatory guidance.
  • Budget management, profit planning support, agency relationship management.



Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:  

  • BS/BA


Required Experience and Skills: 

  • Minimum of (5) years combined Digital Marketing/Marketing Support or Sales experience 
  • Knowledge/experience in Health Care Marketing or Promotion
  • Demonstrated ability to implement marketing strategy
  • Strong business acumen, superior communication and influencing skills
  • Experience and success in cross-functional team leadership 
  • Well organized, highly motivated, process driven, and results oriented with the ability to rebalance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment
  • Understanding of how to use digital channels, techniques, and operating models 
  • Thrives in data-driven, fast-paced organizations 
  • Innovative thinker


Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Product knowledge across priority therapy areas of the Company
