Pursue your purpose with our Future Talent Rotational (FTR) Program
About the program
FTR’s objective is to create a diverse, talented workforce of procurement and facilities professionals and influential business leaders. You will get to know our business, and understand procurement processes in a way that prepares you to make a meaningful impact in the areas of facilities and supply across our global enterprise.
Our program allows new hires to experience three rotations over a three-year period in various business areas and work locations, most likely at our Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices. Rotations are assigned based on the individual’s development interest, discussions with their mentor, and alignment with business needs. You will also be individually partnered with a mentor who will help with career planning and get you comfortably settled into our culture.
