Headquarter Operations
Provides centralized services for project management, operational reviews, metrics, meeting management, resource planning, vendor operations and vendor management.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Establishes and maintains a robust quality management system, implements quality plans, and promotes inspection-readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Clinical Imaging & Pathology
Partners collaboratively on clinical trial teams for studies in which clinical imaging or pathological assessments are performed.
Monitoring Excellence, Site Development/Engagement & Trial Diversity (MESD)
Develops strategy and site monitoring tools and processes to position our company as the partner of choice.
Risk Evaluation & Adaptive Integrated Monitoring
Furthers the organization’s risk-based quality management through advanced analytics.
