Our project managers are passionate about achieving regulatory approval, reimbursement, and access for our products – all in support of our purpose to help improve and save lives around the world.  

How we work

Project management with a purpose​​​​​​​
Our project managers partner with our teams to scope and execute our development and inline portfolio of projects. We guide teams in setting priorities and objectives based on integrated program deliverables and milestones:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members across the entire organization 
  • Partnering with finance, navigating team cost estimation needs for governance 
  • Driving scope definition through development of integrated project plans  
  • Maintaining overall project timelines and reporting progress to senior leadership

Our aspiration

  • We are a team of 100+ at three sites, supporting product development, early development,biologics discovery, and discovery collaboration teams 
  • We oversee roughly 200 agreements across multiple external partners and alliances in discovery, development, and diagnostics 
  • We manage and participate in our research division and company-wide initiatives
