Members of our legal group work closely with senior management across the Company’s Corporate, Research Laboratories, Human Health, Manufacturing, and Animal Health Divisions. Among their responsibilities, they negotiate and draft highly sophisticated M&A, licensing, collaboration, and other agreements, advise on relevant antitrust, securities, and corporate laws impacting various projects and company initiatives, and supervise activities and manage relationships with outside counsel, as needed, to support our projects.
