Our Human Health division provides both internships and full-time positions located in a variety of different areas of the business including product and global marketing, oncology, and market research & analytics.
We’re looking for current MBA students who will be completing the first year of an accredited MBA program by June. Full-time opportunities are targeted toward second-year MBA students. Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries is preferred but not required.
Finance MBA Program
Our Finance team created a US-based program that promotes career development, enhanced business and financial acumen, and leadership capabilities through cross-functional experiences in client support and corporate roles.
The Finance MBA Internship program is a 10-week summer program offered to current MBA students completing their first year of an accredited MBA program by June where projects targeting business needs are addressed. This full-time program lasts two-years and includes two 12-month rotations, ideally with one client support role and one corporate role. International assignments may be available depending on business needs. Both internship and full-time positions are offered, with full-time opportunities targeting graduating MBA students.
General Management Accelerated Program (GMAP)
GMAP is our flagship early talent program to develop future global enterprise-wide leaders for our company from both internal and external talent.
This program is a mix of stretch assignments, action-learning projects, and targeted development offered to candidates with a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or a related area, a minimum of four years professional work experience, and must be fully remote (relocate for 2nd rotation and pursue different geographic opportunities).
