The U.S. Strategy and Commercial Operations (S&CO) team delivers significant impact, with special attention and focus on financial impact, customer impact, operations and capability scaling, innovation and talent and culture. S&CO is a core function of our Human Health division that inspires innovation and enables business impact. Our team drives impact by evolving our commercialization model in partnership with commercial leadership, U.S. business units, enabling functions, and global teams.

To deliver portfolio performance by enabling budgeting sales and leveraged Operating Income (OI) growth across our portfolio, to evolve commercialization model, and to drive sustainable competitive advantage. ​​​​​​​

Our DETs deliver innovative and effective Omnichannel Campaigns across customers' preferred channels enabling the achievement of business outcomes.

Our DH&IA team serves as innovative enablers who connect the U.S. Market with trusted intermediaries in the U.S. HC Ecosystem to shape and activate Digital Health opportunities that support the optimal experience in service of closing gaps in care and driving business impact.
