Paul Funches

Associate Specialist, Regulatory Affairs
"To do my job effectively, I had to learn how to adapt and pick up new skills. I learned a lot of technical skills while working with Laura, but it was the soft skills that I developed that were the most beneficial."

Laura Shelley RPh, PMP, PSM

Executive Director Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Compliance & Partner Operations
"Working with Paul reinforced to our team that while certain skills might come with a college diploma, they are not always the most important to be successful in a role. Paul demonstrated that desire to achieve, time management, and solid interpersonal skills can all enable success."
